1. Order Cancellation
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 3โ5 business days.
2. Returns (Defective or Wrong Product Only)
We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect products.
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.
1. Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
2. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5โ7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Replacements
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement within 7 days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Opened decants/samples
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer handling
